The following are only a list of HIGHLIGHTS. Please refer to the "Class Schedule 2009" (to the left) for a full itinerary ! [as of 1-19-09]
2:00-5:00 PM: Digital program for everyone, presented by Mamiya, Nikon, & Canon in Theater. This is included in registration, but not counted against you if you are traveling. Nikon 2-3pm ~ The MAC Group 3-4pm ~ Canon 4-5pm
5:00- 6:15PM: FREE PIZZA PARTY Maverick Activities Center sponsored by Full Color.
6:30-7:00PM: MANDATORY! Orientation for all students and instructors in the Texas Hall Auditorium. DOOR PRIZES GIVEN AWAY
6:00-11:00PM: FREE Evening Meal – “Cowboys Club” Barbeque, Dance, and over $4,000 in door prizes. Dinner served at 6:30 Spasmatic Concert following!!!!!!! Sponsored by Fuji Photo & BWC Labs.
5:00-6:30 PM: Meal and tour of Diamond Club –The Ballpark
9:30-12AM: Theme Dance, COME DRESSED TO HAVE FUN!! (more details to follow) Sponsored by Kodak & White House Custom Colour. The party will be in the Sheraton Ballroom
4:30PM-10:00PM: Country Store—University Center Instructors and suppliers will have items for sale. Food, beer, and wine will be provided. Sponsored by Arlington Camera and Vendors. Over $15,000 in door prizes. MUST BE PRESENT TO WIN!
4:00-5:15PM: OPEN HOUSE with all instructors in their classrooms. Only at this time are students free to visit any and all the classrooms, see instructor’s work, and talk with them.
6:00PM-12:00AM: Dance and End of School Bash and prize drawings (must be present to win!). Also, see the unveiling of the famous Texas School Video by the video class. Dress casual and be ready to sing, dance, and party! Location TBA
10:30-11:00AM: Graduation exercises in classrooms.
