How many times have you been tasked with creating a photograph in worst possible light or location? I don’t always have the opportunity of shooting at the golden hour. You can’t publish an excuse. Dawn and I want to share with you how we use Off Camera Flash to control and shape the light into submission and the workflow to finish and archive the session. It doesn’t matter what time of day, indoors or out; through mastering the control and shape of your light, no time is a bad time for a great picture. We will use all the light available and then mix in OCF to create the light we want no matter where or when. So don’t be afraid to shoot at high noon, inside that cave of a venue or the dark streets at night, your living room, get that flash off camera and create stunning photographs from capture to output.
This is a down and dirty, workshop with, Bob & Dawn Davis. You’ll want to leave your lighting worries behind and bring what you love… your passion to learn and your cameras! Bob & Dawn will show you how to get the shot from start to finish. You will be shooting with him as he reveals his techniques and helps you to improve the quality of your images right in camera. Dawn will then take those photographs and finish them through an efficient workflow and output, these techniques will empower to make each photograph sing!
